Technically, it was against Ponibooru’s rule to post loli, being based in California and all where lolicon is banned. It’s just that moderation was almost non-existent on that site.
Well, we had loli, though I’m entirely sure if that counts as a pro or a con.
When I was a young little brony, in the early days of the fandom, I lived in the lands known as Ponibooru. ‘Twas a chaotic place… rife with shitposts and dumps and miles upon miles of inapproprate commentary. It was barbaric, but it was home. The older bronies told tales of the mighty Ponibooru mod. They said the force of just one of his mighty steps could jostle free a shitpost and send it falling into the pits below. They said his eyes could see from image #0 to even the latest of uploads without ever having to turn his head. And they said his weapon, the mighty banhammer Lolnir, could quake the heavens themselves and annihilate even the most tenacious of trolls.
Alas, son, as I grew older, and my brony eyes became wiser to the world about me, I bore witness to things. Always looking and always waiting, I never so much as saw a whisp of the mighty Ponibooru Mod’s hair. Never so much as felt his mighty breath. And in the final days, as the lands burned and sank into oblivion and I watched from the Derpibooru lifeboat, I prayed one final time to be saved. A prayer, son, that fell on deaf ears.
Have no illusions, son. There is no Ponibooru Mod; never was. ’Tis a myth, son. A myth told only to scare the youngest of trolls and those not familiar with the ways of the fandom.
