@BasedPharaoh
In a druid deck, it literally would let you win any time you can manage to gather up eight mana to hero power then play him, and have more hp than that other player, which seeing as druids have innervates and healing touches, it is a lot easier than it sounds.

@Ilsor
Turn three with coin double innervate, and even if not for 30 damage, you just need to have more hp than the other player at any point after the combo becomes avalible.

@PonyPon
That just made me think of another effect this cad could have.

“Cause as many random card effects on the board as there are characters.”

Let the chaos begin!

Background Pony #ED1B
I thought he should be essentially a clone of Ysera except with wackier Chaos Cards, like chocolate rain, invert personality, soap roads, weird stuff. Effects like “this turn and your opponent’s turn, attacks target a random enemy” or “return all cards to their owners’ hands while placing all minions from hands onto the board”.

should be atk & health of all minions rather than hero (& the minions are all interchangeble, could end up with a 1/2 rag stolen from a 2/1 leper gnome thats now 8/8, effects still stand)

I feel like the effect should have more to do with getting his enemies to fight amongst themselves, so something like “each opponent’s minions deal their atk to the minions adjacent’. Or maybe include your own minions too, since he’s not exactly the type to play nice in the sandbox. Then in the right circumstances he’s either a board wipe, an equalizer, or a hot mess.

The art op picked for him is perfect for hearthstones asthetic though, so, kudos.
