Eh, I’l take it.
But I’ll hack my Congressman, just to be sure.
Here’s the closest I found, though I do have some tags hidden:

I think it’s both, honestly. Besides, the image is obviously supposed to be a bit of a hyperbole.
sigh
Never mind, it’s like talking to a brick wall…
I’ll just say this and that is all, the image says it’s the FCC that want to do it, support it or not it’s the cable companies that want to do it not the FCC.
No shit, but he’s the head guy and you can be sure he’s not the only one who feels that way.
FYI, the Chairman isn’t the whole group…
Tom Wheeler, Chairman of the FCC is in favor of it. It may be the cable companies pushing it, but the FCC agrees with it and intend to pass it.
Yeah, no.
I looked at the info, it’s the cable companies pushing it, the FCC has to give the okey.
If they where to blame then telling them not to support it would mean nothing.
Except for the fact that every single time people were 100% right about what would happen if we didn’t stop so-and-so. We need to be aware of this shit because it’s literally the only thing stopping the government from fucking us over like that. Just because SOPA and PIPA didn’t get passed doesn’t mean we should let our guard down about other shit like it.
@Prof.NightJack
Yeah, no. It’s an FCC proposal supported by the cable companies and the cable companies are the ones who will be abusing it. It’s still up to the FCC, though, not the companies.
It’s not the FCC that’s behind this, it’s cable companies, one of the group this movement is trying to get messages to is the FCC.
I think someone doesn’t understand what the FCC is for.
AAARGH! This is just a bunch of fearmongering bullshit that happens EVERY SINGLE FUCKING TIME something regards the fucking internet.
Where?

There. There. There. THERE!
Obviously there are people who will know, I’m not denying that, but most people won’t unless we spread the word about it better and that’s all that matters for the companies to stay profitable.
Never said they aren’t stupid, just that some are not so stupid to do somthing to make it clear it’s them to blame.
@Background Pony #9F72
If I’,m wrong them so are you, you really think all people are so stupid to not find out who’s to blame when the info is out there?
Sorry but the site you linked for the source proves that there are peole that will know, so I’m no more wrong then you.
Also, this. :P
No, you’re wrong. The bigger sites are going to be able to pay and will load fine; the general public will assume any loading problem are the site’s problem and are therefore less likely to go there in the future, but they won’t cancel their internet over it.
>implying big companies won’t do stupid things
Dude I just said not so severely it would take forever to load.
At that point the people paying for internet from them would get fed up and drop them, and if it was that bad it wouldn’t be just for internet but for everything, so it would be stupid for them to go that far, understand?
