Description

All Pegasi inmates are required to wear a pair of wing cuffs in addition to their orange jumpsuit. These wing cuffs are not to be taken off whatsoever until the inmate is discharged from the correctional facility. Samething also applies to all unicorn inmates who must have an anti-magic suppressor on their horn at all times during their stay.

Seems a bit harsh - surely those two are not maximum security prisoners? (And i they are, then Fluttershy needs a blindfold more.)
