Correct on the explicit tagging, that was a mistake.

Implied sex, given the motion, the other pic, and the fact we can’t see Spitfire’s forehoof. These are not innocent cuddles. It’s at least suggestive.

Definitely doesn’t warrant the Explicit tagging - One could argue for Questionable, but since the non-animated version is tagged with Safe, and this shows no more, I’ll rate it the same for now.

As for the image itself… Awesome. We need more Fleetfire up in here.
