I think it’s because either A) this was meant to be a call back to popular piano shows where two people play on the same piano and sing together ( I can’t remember what it was called exactly ). Or B) Since EqG is meant for a slightly older demographic they can get away with it. Think FiM = TVY, EqG = TVY7.

It’s too bad they couldn’t go further due to not having voices (or if they did they probably wouldn’t have been pleasing) but I’ll take what I can get!
And I don’t mean to sound like I’m complaining, this was definitely more than I could’ve hoped for!
