This is the icon for the dA group The-Crystal-Empire along with the minimised SVG source. (The downloadable file is not the minimised one, but rather one with extra syntactic elements to make the Derpibooru SVG renderer function properly.) It was once the actual Crystal Empire flag, but over time its details were smoothened out until it arrived at this current form, which happens to look like the flag of Midden-Drenthe.

@TexasUberAlles The first principle of flag design is that you do not use gradients or too many shades of colours. It needs to be readily drawable and distinguishable far away. Many hues are right out.
