Really, so then we shouldn’t see any differences between the brains of new born males and females right? (After all, new borns haven’t done anything but be born.) Let me quote from the Journal of Neuroscience:
“Sexual dimorphism is present at birth, with males having larger total brain cortical gray and white matter volumes than females. … These findings also indicate that whereas some adult patterns of sexual dimorphism and cerebral asymmetries are present at birth, others develop after birth.”
And as this picture is going against that, it’s a bad message, even if it is correct at this moment in time.

No it’s not. There is no such thing as a woman’s brain… Or a man’s brain before you call my mysogenistic. We just have human brains. The reason our brains look different is based on what we do. And women who act within their gender roles will have a brain that develops a way that other people acting the same way will. This is gender, acting within a role. It is not related to your sex. It is not evidence of transexuals being anything other than insane. This was a recent discovery though, so I don’t blame you for not knowing.
On that note, I don’t hate transexuals at all. Several of them are my friends (So I really hope they don’t find this). But they are very sexist people. To think that they shouldn’t be called “him” simply because they enjoy wearing dresses. Using gender roles to define their entire being is also very unhealthy. We should not just accept them and allow them surgery. We should be getting them the help they need instead. Or else we’re taking a step back in equality.
Don’t feed the mouthpiece…
sex is male/female. it’s biological, based off of your DNA.
gender is man/woman. by definition, this is actually sociological.

Or, if you’re a cynic like me, you could see this as the artist using the CMC’s ineptitude as a means to devalue the point being made in the image. (i.e. Look the silly children think that sex and gender are different! How young and foolish! HAR HAR!) But then, I may be reading too much into this.
I’d advise you look into the hormone processes of embryo development, as well as the neurological evidence behind the concept of transsexuality. It’s quite literally possible to have a woman’s brain in a male body, or vice versa. And with advances in surgery it’s becoming increasingly possible to correct.
That being said: this caption has absolutely nothing to do with the picture it’s attached to and really doesn’t make any sense being there. Even the weight and style of the strokes look out of place.

From now on my “job” is going to be where I actually work, but my “occupation” will be the state of employment I imagine myself being in at the time. If people did this all the time shit would be really confusing and in general it would be completely useless.
Not a single fuck has ever been given about anyone’s mind-gender bullshit. If your parents brought you into the world with the bodyparts you didn’t want, tough shit. I didn’t get born into a rich family and I didn’t get perfect eyesight, but I can’t go around pretending in public like I did. What happened to making the best of what you’ve got? I don’t like gender stereotypes, so I’m not at all asking people who have become enamored with this movement to “act their gender”, but pretending you’re something you’re not, as though that will change anything at all, is really stupid.
Yeah, it just makes me think the artist has some kind of think for children. Like they’re saying children know their sexuality even before puberty, and that’s just wrong on many levels.
