I really hate it when people do Demo-Zecora. Virtually any background pony (like Berry Punch) makes more sense than Zecora.

However, I’d probably put Pinkie as Demo and fill Pyro with some non Mane 6 member (Lyra?), put AJ as the Heavy and fill Engie with a non-Mane 6 member, and swap Fluttershy and Twilight. Twi’s mad scientist tendencies makes her a better candidate for Medic, and Fluttershy is very easy to imagine in the Sniper role, ducking in some corner of the map with Angel to guide her.)

Hmm…
This picture sort of points out some things I dislike about this setup. Twilight seems way too aloof, and adversely, Fluttershy seems more eager than is normal for her, even when she’s eager. I don’t know how Zecora syncs up with the Demoman at all…
