Ugh, thosse wings just look awful. They don’t even look ‘deformed’, rather the feathers are ridiculously long for no reason whatsoever. You see that little fluffy ‘cap’ across the top of the wing? That’s where the bones are. The long sections would most likely be all floppy, not rigid like so often depicted here.
 
Also, if you had to give them a disability, why not give them something plausible like having a messed up bone structure or itty bitty wings; not this very ‘special snowflake’-esque… thing she’s got going on.

The mare’s wings are a mutation, causing then to very big and, when folded up, to appear sharp. Look at other pictures of her and you’ll understand.
