For what I can see… it’s most likely to be:
“When you confront a Problem, put a Hero counter on this card. Then, if there are at least 5 Hero counters on this card, remove them and turn it over.”
That’s my bet.
Spike’s will probably be something like gem counters. Not sure what Cadance’s will be though. Tiaras?
Please have this as a requirement for all Manes… or “Win a Faceoff”
Canterlot Nights and Rock N Rave made it so easy to flip them, so those manes where too powerful.

It looks like his are called “Hero” counters. I’m wondering if there are any cards yet that care about those specific types, or if they only manipulate counters in general. (And given Enterplay’s comments on Twitter after
DerpyEquestrian Mailmare was revealed, it’s almost certain that this set does have cards that manipulate counters. We might see a pony version of Giant Fan)People are speculating that Spike flips in a similar manner, based on what VERY little bit of text you can see.
Hmm, looks like the CMC will have their own mechanic, be interesting to see what other cards get that. Just them or others? Discord?
