Golden Noble is the son of Applejack and Prince Blueblood. The two of them got together when Celestia sent her nephew to work for the Apple Family for a few months in order to teach him some responsibility and respect. Applejack and Blueblood despised each other at first, but were forced to get along. After a while, they started to get along for real. Even after Blueblood moved back to Canterlot, the two continued to write each other letters and Blueblood would even send Applejack expensive gifts, though she told him to stop (she appreciated the gesture, though). After a few years, the two decided to elope.
 
Golden Noble lives at Sweet Apple Acres with his mother. He could easily fit into high society if he wanted to, but he prefers the simple life and enjoys the hard work that comes with it. He’s a true gentlecolt, polite, kind, and sociable.
