Fallout Equestria pitted Pony-kind against Zebras who were vaguely based on Romans (hence Legionnaires). Zebra technology ranged from tribal melee weapons to enchanted firearms to certain Zebra-style incantations. I havenβt actually read New Roam β because its unfinished :( β Iβm pretty sure it focuses on the Zebra side of the conflictβ¦ So having this style/combination of weapons wouldnβt be too far fetched.
