Makes sense to me. :D
you mean you don’t?
Err ignore my last comment. For some reason it took my comment from the duplicate post, and posted it here as well. I’m still kinda new to Derpibooru.
Why?
That’s what I figure, it’s like if someone went into the woods and ate wild berries and cooked fresh caught fish over a campfire, is a little “rough-neck/redneck-ish”.
AJ would probably enjoy it and would think nothing of it but Rarity would be horrified.
Also, I love wild food! It generally is smaller but tends to have a ton more flavor… except those wild strawberries I found, someone else a talked with once found some and said the were some of the most potent things he had ever eaten, the ones I found tasted like I was eating part of a foam cup.
Maybe for ponies it’s like eating things straight from the ground.
Twilight came close by eating a flower.
But they do eat flowers and hay, and roll in the grass (or at least Pinkie rolls in the grass.) And “uh-oh” is usually accompanied by drooping ears. And even Nightmare Moon wasn’t above scratching at the ground before charging. Someone paid a decent amount of attention to horse behavior in the making of the show.
Because they really aren’t that much like horses. They really are more “human” in their sapience, so suggesting that they eat grass, go into heat, or form breeding herds is like suggesting that humans should fling our poop and eat the lice off each other.
An unnecessary taboo maybe? But then I wonder where it started.
why ?
