Thank Celestia for this. Really, Vinylights and Fredtavia?  
We do not need more Flash Sentrys, besides Scratchtavia was earlier and have in its range really legendary fanfics, like “My rommate is a vampire”, “University days” and many others, but I do not know any about Fredtavia, and only one about Vinylights, but in there Octavia beats him and take Vinyl))
 
Like there so little popular fanfics about RD and stallion, and more then 1 ton abour RD fillyfiooler. Less hetero ships = better.

I can’t say that’s not truem but just because it’s so popular it doesn’t mean I’m a fan of it.  
I’m more bothered that it (and it’s closest relative, scratchtavia) are often treated as if the are 100% liked by everyone ships, mentioned in countless fanworks that don’t have anything to do with the ships, and any depiction of either character is always treated with comments like “Where is Vinyl/Octavia/Lyra/Bon-Bon?”
 
Still, I’m more willing to respect Lyrabon’s existance as I could at least believe that they have met eachother at the very least and said “hi” once.
 
Scratchtavia however…It’s existance baffles me, and I wish Vinylights and Fredtavia were more popular ships, but it’s far too late for that now.

I understand and respect your opinion, although I do disagree with it.
 
Lyra×BonBon is probably the single most-accepted ship amongst the fandom (as in, they rarely get shipped with any ponies other than each other). It was also traditionally one of the most popular - over a thousand entries here; there’s only about 10-12 ships that have more pics than that, all but one of which (Scratchtavia) features at least one of the Mane Six.

I don’t really like all this LyraxBonBon thing but I really like this piece, sometimes is really hard to find good old school art.
