As much as I’d be flattered, I highly doubt that being the case…
The chances of them referencing a fandom made OC is pretty slim.
Not to mention how vague the resemblance is.
There are some similarities, but nothing I would consider concrete enough to be a reference like this.
As disappointing as it is to admit, I think it’s just another coincidence the fandom is reaching for. :(
 
Gosh, you’re right.  
Raspberry Fluff has blue eyes but you have cyan eyes.  
Raspberry Fluff’s hair is quite similar to your EG hair.  
Raspberry Fluff has light red skin and red hair, but in EG you have light pink skin and pink hair.  
Also, Raspberry Fluff’s clothes DO NOT match your clothes. The clothes are different and all…

It’s clear it isn’t Fluffles, but the fans love to think it is. I guess we’re not big fans of Jem and the Holograms.
 
Though if we’re taking that route I’d rather Blueberry Pie be called Blue Oyster, as FanOfMostEverything suggested.

The character pointed out was nicknamed “Raspberry Fluff” specifically because of her resemblance to Fluffle Puff. See the comments section to >>728289. So the OP’s not alone on this one.
