I knew that he canceled Fez II out of spite and because he’s a total asshole, but I had no idea that he took crowdfunding money with him (granted, I didn’t know that it was crowdfunded in the first place). I’m not surprised at all, though.
People like him are why I’m pretty disillusioned with indie game devs.
What a fucking cuntwaffle. If you’re going to tell your entire audience to go fuck itself while taking all of their money because “Wah! It’s too hard!” Then you have no right to call yourself an artist.

Waiwaiwaiwait, I didn’t hear the “took crowdfunding money” part. Did he seriously do that? Cuz I’m pretty sure that’s illegal, or at least it should be.
He was a huge douche to everyone and no one liked him, so he got butthurt and took the entirety of crowd-funded money claiming them “not worthy” of Fez 2 leaving his entire dev. team high and dry.
So yeah, he’s a despicable human being.
