Since Rainbow Dash can’t fly, Scootaloo thought it would be nice to help out at the prison where her idol is at. Clearly Scoots loves being able to assist the guards with inmate transport.
Scoots wants to be with her hero so she’s working “prisoner transport” (to get her cutie mark) lol

It’s a new Scootalove thing: Apparently it was not enough to humiliate Dash over and over again with attaching the little bugger to her. Now Rainbow Dash has to really suffer and go to prison to show her ‘love’ and ‘sacrifice’ for the undeserving chicken.
From what I can gather, some people just like the idea of a free spirit like Dash being chained up and incarcerated. It’s sort of like a more creative spin on Dash losing her wings.
It is just a coincidence that dash always ends up in trouble and gets put in prison
I love seeing her like this so I commission it :)
