My favorite part was when Twilight became an alicorn.

I like when Trixie took over Equestria by tricking Celestia into choking on a pine cone.

My favorite part was when the ninja ponies waged war against the pirate ponies.

I loved how Fluttershy officially conjured her fear of dragons when she turned into one…….although she probably shouldnt have slept with that one other dragon……now shes gonna birth out a dragon/pony hybrid baby.

The seapony episode. It had the best song to date, hands down.

The entirety of “You Don’t Know Jack.” My favorite episode so far and my Exhibit A to neigh-sayers that the show hasn’t gone downhill.
 
Also, what were everyone’s thoughts on the darkness of the finale and cliffhanger? I mean, yes, I guess it was a natural progression of the darker themes about death, war, racism, homophobia, and propaganda throughout the season, but here it’s almost like Studio B completely forgot their demographics. Considering that I’m actually still terrified Twilight might die from the injuries Trixie inflicted on her, I can’t imagine how all the five-year-olds’ must feel.
 
Regardless, it’s made me all the more anxious for Season 4 to come. This summer has been the longest summer in a long time.

I liked the part where Twilight got pregnant with herself.

I liked how they did the backgrounds for the finale in SFM. Who knew?

being dumb here, but what if the person who posted this was a writer for the show, and wanted ideas for the other seasons.  

I liked the episode where the mare six meet their alter-egos from the mirror universe (the mirror universe being of course a reference to Star Trek)
 
Hopefully we’ll see more of the Equestrian Empire on season 4!

Yeah, they totally did, I’ve watched barely any Doctor Who, but I still let out a small squeal

In that tournament episode, didn’t they sneak in Doctor Whooves telling Fluttershy about “timey wimey stuff”? Gosh, Hasbro is getting better and better. Loved how Iron Will could do that killer Sham Wow Guy impression!

I loved all the references in the tournament episode, Fluttershy and Iron Will’s special move was a total reference to the Longhorn Train

That time when Derpy arm-wrestled Megatron and Optimus Prime hugged Fluttershy.

I loved the body-switch episode ^^ so much to learn in another pony’s hooves.

Well, I personally loved Run, Twilight, run. I mean, it has a lot of good jokes (I mean ,that scene with Twi attempting to flirt with that colt from the bookstore was extremely funny) and those action scenes had great graphics! That scene with FS tied to a chair in Putting your hoof down paled in comparison! And that open ending? It gave me a frontal lobe boner

My favorite part was when Bat Mare rescued the Mayor from the Joker by driving the Batcart through City Hall, thus proving that earth ponies kick just as must ass as any other race.

I liked the part where they were on Hoofth, and Twilight got captured by a wampa, but used the force to chop off it’s arm and escape, but when she tried to get through the blizzard she collapsed and saw Celestia telling her to go to Dagobah to talk with Granny Smith.
 
It was amazing.

My favorite part is when Gaben and Captain Falcon combine their awesome powers to fuel the Harmony Mecha’s Final Harmony Blaster.
 
A close second is when the astronauts from Moonbase Alpha show up with Pinkie to save Luna.

And let’s not forget how Applejack in her only episode was forgotten again when Doctor Whooves, Dinky, Amethyst, and Derpy flying backwards were all walking together during the parade in Manehattan! So ironic! Then when Gummy pulled that little “stunt” at the end with Pinkie, god, that was so awesomely hilarious, and Pinkie’s glasses were so John Lennon! XD

Personally, my favorite was the play Lyra set up based on her favorite video game, Super Paper Mario. Luna’s interpretation of Count Bleck was SPOT ON! Not to mention Screwball’s roll. Another great part was in episode 7 where that one pony was based off of Kennedy. There was so many awesome parts. My favorite songs were in episode 4. With Fluttershy’s cover of We Will Rock You, and then when Pinkie Pie owning I am the Walrus following Pipsqueak’s flashback probably made it the best episode. Pinkie Pie’s shocking secret in the episode “Shades of Pink” was crazy, too. I feel so bad for all the people who’s head canon got screwed from that. And how Blinkie came to visit in the end, just, wow. I would talk about that crazy villain’s episodes, but I don’t want to spoil it. Best villain in a cartoon, ever. Now for the background ponies.  
What they did with Derpy was perfect. I loved the scene with her and Dinky talking after school was heartbreaking. Beautiful, though. How she delivers letters is super funny. I laughed when she mailed that huge muffin to herself. Doctor Whooves could of had more screen time, but his new British voice makes up for it big time. In episode 9 did you notice him going into “the blue shed” during the Scootaloo and Twilight Sparkle scene? AWESOME! I loved when he acted so nervous when Rainbow Dash was questioning him about time, and then when she rolled out a trash can and he freaked was total Doctor Who.  
Vinyl’s voice and house in her episode. Three words. AWESOME AS HECK. I love how she cried when Pinkie Pie tried to get her to like different songs.  
Bon Bon and Lyra’s relationship confirmed in episode 2 was such a gutsy move. I’m happy how no one got really upset. How Lyra walked over to Twilight in about 19 minutes in was adorable, especially Twilight’s shocked reaction. And how Lyra was too scared to tell why she did that hinted something very huge. Bon Bon hugging her after Twi left was amazing. How they explained Bon Bon’s voices was hilarious. Very well done. And in episode 5 where Lyra says she’s obsessed with “a rarely known tan bipedal cryptid”, LOL.  
Berry Punch’s “dizziness” after Celestia’s party was so funny, all while she had a cup of cider in her hoof.  
Colgate’s job with Raindrops DENTIST!!! in Sweetie Belle’s episode was so cool.  
How Octavia was portrayed made her one of the best supporting characters in the second half of the season. I won’t spoil much, but her problem with Fluttershy was really deep.

The finale when Scootaloo became the new Rainbow Dash.

I just cried when they all turned into tulips at the end.
