Pretty sure its a trams poster telling you to let people out, not lean on the doors, give way to pregnant women, and not have sex with anthropomorphic cats (a true problem in taepei, i hear), in addition to the whole “no foods or drinks inside” because people leave the place dirty and leave trash around.
