So, Clover the Clever mated with an unknown stallion, generations pass and Twilight Dusk was born. She was the one who, along with 5 of her friends, worked alongside the engines of the S&M, W&S, T&KLR, CFR, H&BMR, SkR and MSR during the time period between the 1850s and 1910s before the 1st world war broke out. The magic coming from Equestria combined with the Magic Railway was what kept them from ageing. When that finally faded away, the new generations continued.
It is now Twilight Sparkle and her friends and loved ones that run alongside the CFR, H&BMR, SkR, MSHR, Aresdale and NWR. (Twilight herself is pony leader for the MSHR, Cadence for the Aresdale and Shining for the CFR.) Shining Armor is now married to his beloved Cadence, Twilight and her new beloved Flashy are dating and Trixie has managed to get Blueblood to show good in him and they started dating too.
I.N: For Trixie, I think she is Twilight’s and Shining’s long lost sister. How will they find out? Well… it will be in due time.

Yeah, pretty much. As utterly shocking as it may seem, not everyone ships Twixie.
Personally, I ship BlueTrix myself. Even if you hate them both, you can still ship them by saying that they can both be useless jerks together (I don’t ship them for that reason, though).

That’s been a staple Trix Ship for the longest time.

As far as I can see, bluetrix is the most often depicted straight Trixie ship on this site. It has more pics than Trixie/Mac, Trixie/Spike and Trixie/Shining Armor put together.
oh right, sorry I confused it since they both had the first name twilight.
G1 Twilight is only called Twilight, period. Twilight Twinkle is from G3 (and sadly toy-only.)
Well, Velvet is largely based on the G1 Twilight, and effectively she they are the same pony in a way.
But anyway, this headcanon was made by someone who ships Thomas characters, so I wouldn’t look to deep into it…
Tachnically speaking, G1 twilight has a pink coat she’s also ONLY called twilight (or twilight twinkle). Twilight velvet on the other hand as a more periwinkle coat instead of a Pinkish coat.
family tree is a little funny though. kinda look like it implies that twilight’s parents are brother and sister lol. unless that’s what they’re going for… which I wouldn’t be surprised at… haha
