I don’t think Applejack built the barn… I watched the episode again just to be sure, but far as I can tell she doesn’t even lay a hoof on a board or anything. She sings about it. Plus, we only saw Applejack finish a raft… we’re not sure she built it herself. Considering Pinkie was there, it’s possible she helped.
