I am still trying to find the perfect method of drawing and shading for my style.
I am constantly looking into other stuff, but i have to try different things so i see if it works.
So thanks for the tip. I appreciate that.
Wow. That’s the first time ever that someone gives me constructive criticism. Thank you very much. :D
Now that you say it, something felt off about the head, but i couldn’t put my finger on it.
The faces are the one part where i always struggle the most, so, that tip of yours is very helpful. Thank you again.
I wanted to make more ripples into the reflection, but i think i somehow forgot about that later. blush
I tend to jump around a lot when i draw, so i might have overlooked it.
And yeah, as much as i hate to admit it, i got somewhat lazy with the bushes. Maybe i was a little too frustrated by that point, i don’t know.
I very rarely use texture brushes.
Thank you again for the constructive criticism. :)
and I see you, using that texture brush instead of drawing those bush leaves ;)

even if real horses don’t have big giant round skulls like humans, only like half their head is the face, and there’s a big long skull portion before it reaches the muscles of their neck. measure it and you can see the distance from their eye to the back of their skull is only slightly less than the distance to the tip of their nose. and considering horses have such giant noses, that’s a lot.
Honestly? I have no idea.
Guess my art style is a little bit unsettling for some.
I don’t edit tags though, maybe there is a reason.
