The pink and white fleece drifted across the ice in the wind. Twilight jumped to her hooves and raced onto the glittering white crystal without thought. Snatching the scarf lightly out of the air with her magic, she grinned triumphantly back at Rarity and Pinkie. To her shock, they were screaming at her. “Twilight, get out of there!” And then she heard it. An ominous cracking of the thin ice she stood on. Slowly opening her wings, she wondering if it would be safe to fly away, or if she would plunge into the icy water when trying to take-off.
