Maybe? It’s got the exact same sleeve design as Pinkie though, and if anyone’s going to inexplicably have two hands, it’s Pinkie.
I think the hand with bandaid is Dash’s
If she can spontaneously grow two extra hooves to demonstrate “putting two and two and two together”, she can have 2 left hands.
Also, she seems to have two left hands there, which is quite fitting.
