Hah! I was actually wondering if the flower might be related to Rarity, just because it’s kind of a cute stylistic sort of thing. The kind of fashion thing that’s not really in-character for Dash to do to herself, but since Rarity is so concerned with aesthetics and all.
Well friggin’ heck, now I just look like I made it up. I hate it when stuff like this happens and I didn’t say something first :q
I’m going to go with those are coins in the basket (because why not), and she is giving them away. Boom, element of generosity implemented… I don’t care if that’s completely wrong. Maybe she’s giving away cookies, and that’s why the balloon is on it? That seems to make more sense. Listen to me babble.

Just checked artist’s deviantArt, Rarity is translated as zephyr-pony to them, so the “zephyr” flower is meant to represent Rarity (the flower in her hair)
