I don’t think it’s how she looks so much as how she moves. The swaying her hips, the stroking other people’s chins. It’s like a nonverbal way of saying “You are powerless before me and you love it.”
Yep. Adagio has that deadly combination of good looks, a sexy voice, and a delightfully malicious personality.
It’s the “evil is sexy” thing.
But of course, the fandom loves her for it. ;)
…Yeah, I can see Adagio being the type who’d try to psychologically break someone just for her own amusement, even if she had genuine feelings for them. She wants to know them in all the ways they don’t want her to. She wants to know how to use and control them, how to pull out their secrets, how to scare them into staying even when they knew how bad she was for them. In all honestly, I don’t think she’s capable of being another way. Being predatory and manipulative seems to be all she knows.
