The joke is her behaviour is easily misinterpreted as leading to something “molly” would do, and then something cute/innocent happening instead. In simple terms, her personality is still there, it’s just missing the lewd aspect that she was known for. She’s always been a troll, basically.

God, I’m so happy that we have cute, silly, innocent Tia now.
 
I didn’t hate Molestia, but at this point I don’t want it to return for all the backlash and asinine drama it caused. Plus, I’ve come to like this one a little better. A little rare kinkiness now and then is alright, but I really loved how JJ developed her character, and I hope this stays.
