Nowhere in the world has taboos against anything more removed than third cousins, let alone seventh-cousins-only-by-marriage.

No there’d be a few identical genes in there. Enough for it to be gross. In order to lose enough genetic similarity there has to be hundreds of years and lots of generations worth of breeding. Enough that they’d be your 15th or so cousin
