If so, then either station should keep all the episodes uncut, then replace the traditional 30-second intro and credits roll with those from the Nihongo dub. You know that the bulk of the animation of MLP FIM and EqGirls is done in the ’Pinas.

Pinkie Pie, being the random one, should alternate her speaking between Tagalog and Cebuano (and other dialects).

Filipino, two variants: “Magandang umaga!” or “Maayong buntag!”  
The latter fits better because of the mouth movement.
 
I have no hope for any good Filipino dub of MLP FIM or EqGirls whatsoever.  
We’re too stuck with dubbed anime, even animations from China and South Korea.
 
If MLP G1 was introduced in the country earlier in the 90’s, the girls would still know of Mrs. Bonnie Zacherle’s creation until now, but the country’s voice acting industry was young at the time.
