Honestly, Smash 4 Puff has a lot of stuff that outclasses Melee Puff, it’s just that it’s not in the right places to make S4 Puff the better puff.
Melee puff has way better airspeed and a rest that kills at less than 20%(as opposed to 60% for a guaranteed kill in Smash 4). Smash 4 Puff has a Bair that’s almost as dangerous as Melee Sheik’s Fair(purely statwise, it’s outright better than the Fair, but the engine and stronger recoveries make it worse).

No. Melee Puff is a monster who can turn matches around with a single rest at 20%, and 64 Puff is a somewhat dangerous character, Smash 4 Puff is fearsome but not outright monstrous…
But Brawl Puff? Garbage if you are good at the game, rather than the other way around.
