Adagio purposely escaped with her pieces, so its possible she has enough magic remaining and broken pieces to at least restore one of them. But a single siren isn’t much of a threat, so in this picture it wouldn’t matter if her power was restored or not.

I think she’s spazzing out after discovering these two NON-human girls have been living in the human world for years. What little we know about her is that she’s somewhat of a conspiracy investigator, judging by her charts. Learning about Sunset and Adagio would freak her the hell out.
 
Also, Sunset is actually just as smart as her, even though she isn’t as invested in SCIENCE!!
