Element of Magic (chroma-charged by “Epic DOT” spell in S3E13) -> Normal unicorn (polymorphed to She-Demon) is reverted to normal humanoid, crying with a messed hair, dirt clothes and a giant crater around.  
Oh, and she got thin eyebrows.

this is obviously a subtle change in the facial expressions to represent the character is no longer a villain
 
considering the character is supposedly to have changed anyway, not just going from “villain” to “not a villain” abstractly, it seems the case

I think this was done to show her as being nice and friendly. Subtle facial expressions and features can have subliminal effects on the audience about a character’s personality.
