It should have gone like this:
 
Pinkie Pie decapitates Fluttershy, smashes Rarity’s face, breaks Applejack’s jaw and uses the Kamehamea on her, hits Rainbow Dash towards the sky and lands on her stomach so hard her guts come out of her mouth, Princess Twilight watches in horror and Pinkie uses the Kamehamea on her but Twilight uses magic to shield herself from the blast and goes after Pinkie hitting her repeatedly and throwing her up to the air and continues to hit her until Pinkie Pie despite losing most of her blood is strong enough to hit Twilight with some of the song’s lyrics and Twilight plummets to the ground with her nose broken and bleeding and watching Pinkie Pie up in the sky about to blow up Equestria with the mother of all explosions and Pinkie rains down venegance by cooking Twilight as she gets pulverized and the spirit bomb destroys Equestria and killing everypony in the process.

From the thumbnail I thought the rings above Twilight’s head was a Halo ring {AKA an Angel wing, like what you see in cartoons when someone dies}. Which, considering what happened to Twilight in Smile HD, wouldn’t be too surprising.
