Yep, a snake diaper would probably work better as a sort of tube, although I’m not sure how anyone could get it to stay in one place.
@HydroFTT is lying to you. Snakes are magical creatures that have no “private parts”. When having completed digestion of sacrifices they hunt down they push any waste materials farther and farther down the ever narrowing tail tip of their bodies until it reaches an area so small all matter simply leaves this reality.

And they probably shouldn’t have to worry about leg holes as they only crawl on their bellies, should science prove correct.
Snakes expel liquid and solid wastes at the same time like most other reptiles (birds do it that way too) but their ahem, opening is much farther down on the body than where the diaper is in this pic. Even though they don’t have legs, snakes do have a head, body, and tail section, and the rectum is located between the body and tail. http://herpetology.com/anatomy.html
