She has a perfectly visible, if subtle, uh… slit by her crotch. I don’t know precisely what the rules are, but I was under the impression that gives it an automatic Explicit rating.
Fair enough. I was going by the tooltips on the ratings listed when you go to change tags, which are completely different. It only mentions non-explicit touching, nudity and sex jokes.
So basically the rules could use some uniforming.
I think it should be tagged questionable.
Suggestive - Content which is a little bit suggestive, but not in a visually overt way. Bedroom eyes, sexy poses and revealing outfits on humanized characters.Questionable - Anything which contains sexual content such as exposed or strategically covered nipples or nudity on human characters, fetish material (if it’s not explicit and still overtly sexual), sloppy kissing, groping, or ponies in sexy poses/outfits.

I’d say that’s a little more than suggestive, yet not explicit.
