It’s likely some of the same stuff that I have permanently filtered so as to avoid becoming physically ill.
He doesn’t fave everything. There’s a large swath of things he will never fave; people don’t notice those because those are images most people don’t want to notice.
Just like how Derpi-user Roboshi used to fave everything. Some people walk the path of downvoting whatever they see. It’s always possible.

Quite sensible reasons, and I think a lot of others would agree with that day, but Equestria Daily started doing Derpy Day on March 1 before that episode came out, and it’s stuck.
