Actually, Craig McCracken did help out a little with MLP while Lauren Faust was there; probably his most significant contribution (that has been made public) was helping to refine Discord’s design. So, nothing big, but enough he shouldn’t be completely ignored.
I’d be interested in finding out if he had any input on Lauren Faust’s “Super Best Friends Forever” shorts, though I suspect not.
