I suggest reporting your picture here: >>855529 asking the mods for help with art theft, citing the page above. I’m sure they will help you out.
Secondarily, create your DeviantArt account and use it as another place to store your art (which is nice and deserves the additional visibility that DeviantArt can give you). From that moment, you can deal with art thefts by yourself as long as they’re published on DeviantArt.
