He clearly means that when ponies are eating animals, it means its ‘ponies eating meat’ as well as vore.
I dont think any definition of vore dictates that the animal cant be the victim.
Lots of vore with the animal as pred. This just happens to be ironic in that sense. THe thing is whole, unprepared and alive.
Swallowing ponies doesn’t count as eating meat, but swallowing animals does. It’s a small distinction, but it’s there.
