This is just a joke page at the end of the chapter. Translators do that often.

Ya, just look at what it’s syas, TRANSLATION, QC: HOX, ect, that’s what the people that do fan translations puty in all the work they do and copy and paste the same thing for all chapters only changing the number of the chapter.
