The mighty One Mare Orchestra, or simply Orchestra, always found chains not restraining, but bonding, just like stave binds notes in the melody. She catches “stray notes” for a hobby using her natural strengh and agility.  
Not A Liar is a prophet, who got bored to the point she started fighting evil despite having no real combat abilities. Overly optimistic she sees all good things in nearest future. Confident that she called “Not A Liar” for being able to see truth, not because she and Orchestra are “Note and a liar”. Somehow considered a bit crazy. It is unknown if her three pairs of wings are part of a costume or part of her ability and symbolise past, present and future.
