Description

Needed an upset/crying Aria pony picture for the underside of my latest model for my pony themed 40k marine army. Thought I’d share the pre-coloured version for once.  
Anyone else fancy trying putting some colour on this?

The first time I saw eyes done like this in any animation, was in the old anime series ‘Tenchi Muyo’. The ‘Ryo Ohki’ OVA series.  
Tenchi tells Ryoko that he’s given the sword he had to Ayeka (one of two alien princesses in the series). The gems Ryoko gains her powers from are embedded in the hilt of that sword.

The boiling eyes coupled with the traditional art style makes me think of “Story from North America”.
