Due to the fact that I have an extremely long list of food allergies, the only way I can have a burger is plain meat patties, no tomato, no bun, no cheese, just patty. So one day, an In-N-Out opened, and since everybody seemed to love the place, my family and I got food there.
 
The patties were so. Fucking. SMALL!

I know what you mean. Energy crystals would be more efficient. But then there is the whole deal about terminating his contract and notifying him ahead of time, it’s going to be a hassle.
 
Also it does seem like a lot of the small businesses have better food quality than most chains.
