I decided that Love Bug, an old Chryssipuff offspring I made a while back, would be in my official next gen.  
Chrysalis and Fluffle meet in the Badlands after her defeat and betrayal by her daughter. Fluffle Puff is a feral pony abandoned in the Badlands, who eventually becomes intelligent from Chrysalis’ s teachings. They have Love Bug.
 
Love Bug, being half changeling and pony, is unlike her Queen mother. She does not need to feed off of love, but creates love at almost every moment. As she grows older this intensifies, causing her to be very sought after by the changeling community. Eventually Love Bug leaves home in order to be taught the ways of love magic in order to direct her love, even if she does not have a horn. She is taken in by Princess Cadance and begins her studying there.
 
Love Bug is intelligent and kind, but has a speech problem. Due to the conflicting vocal cords her mothers have (changeling and pony) her voice is incredibly high pitched. She can speak, but only in small increments. She prefers to squeak and use writing and gestures to communicate.
 
Love Bug and Skyla get along great, almost as close as sisters.
