Just confusing. Is she using it as an excuse to kill herself? Is she committing suicide but wondering if she’ll enjoy it for a fetish?
But just choking herself for thrill doesn’t make sense because she’s crying and completely hanging herself… Or is she just that dumb to this artist and she’s just realizing she’s unintentionally killed herself when she just meant to get off?
I don’t think that’s what this image is about?… You sound like you need someone to talk to, though.
It is a self reflection image an acceptance of ending her life. She is crying because she realizes she is done with living and accepts been faith. She learns life is not worth living anymore and chooses to take this extreme approach to escape life. She notices she will miss her friends but it is her decision and it will end her suffering and turmoil.

I still don’t completely understand this image. I know what AS is, but if that’s what this is, then why is she actually dying? Or crying? AS =/= suicide, as far as I’m aware…
Also, if she’s asking and crying, then someone’s doing something terribly wrong. She does not seem to be enjoying it at all.
