I’ve been saying this for awhile but Rainbow Dash and Sniper Rifles do no mix. Especially bolt action ones. Maybe, maybe if you gave her a semi-automatic one.
 
 
Honestly though she’d more likely use a fully automatic weapon.

Out of all the characters you could’ve picked as a sniper, Dash seems the worst choice.
 
FS is quiet enough to be one, folks seem to like having Rarity as an archer in fantasy stuff so I guess that’d transfer to this, AJ has a good solid base and is patient and Twi has really tight control.
 
Rainbow Dash is just too impatient, I’d more imagine her with a rocket launcher or CQB.
