In the documentary, in this scene, the scene this screenshot comes from, the scene that the Anon who uploaded this captured, the person shown in this screenshot says that they are Phoe, and the lower-thirds title a few seconds earlier confirms this.
I see, I kinda figured. Some admin should edit the description then, as it’s very misleading.
According to the pic discription that’s Phoe, though I’m not sure if it is, or not.
Phoe sounds the same in this documentary as in YouTube videos and podcasts or whatever with voice only.
I checked the image description, and the source, and they both say this is from “A Brony Tale”.
What movie is this from?

I have not and cannot watch this, but I recall Phoe sounding distinctly feminine in the few minutes of EqD ask us anything podcasts I listened to…
I hate to say it, but he does look stoned.
Also, I thought Phoe was a girl? (Or at least, their pony OC was.)
