Normally I’d think it would be common sense to be cautious about posting risqué material under a safe image, but given your opinion of Derpibooru (which is a very widespread opinion), I guess confusion on this issue is inevitable. Hence my toy-shovel-in-a-blizzard metaphor earlier. I’m sorta surprised there’s not a forum thread calling for rule 7 to be removed.

It’s usually best to just use the “Report comment” link if you think a comment exceeds the image rating; there’s no guarantee a mod will see the comment otherwise. (And yeah, I’ve already done so here.)
 
Though, admittedly, there are times I feel like reporting unsafe comments on safe images is like using a toy shovel to clear one’s driveway in the middle of a blizzard…

I don’t mind it so much when they’re just doing it for fun, like this guy clearly is or FacelessJr (I don’t really feel comfortable referring to him by his other username). In fact, it quite impresses me when artists are so good that they manage to make a convincing fake screencap.
 
When the folks making the fake screencaps try to claim that their screencaps are totally legit like certain DA users I know, then it gets a little irritating…
