Working with the Vignéré code itself was so much fun I can’t begin to tell you. Honestly, I just did it on a trial and error basis, running the codex through letters until it deciphered into something that I could understand. I’m not as skilled as decoding things as I am at coding them.

There is one missing letter, in the key words. The body text is fine, and translates with “aeterna” as the key without any special tricks necessary. Are you including the key words in the body text when you try to translate it? Because the cipher restarts between sections – you should decipher each area (card name, key words, power, flavor text) individually.
It’s a Vigenére cipher. For added fun, there’s a typo in the card text: her first keyword/type/thingie should be Cltrxrlirz. I think.
Aeterna

“Aqyfp pce oxbv pljj, roy’gs rrtslvskkyvv yxvw.”
… the flavor text uses a different keyword, still working on that.
“rsr’kj” initially made me think “you’re”, but the first and third letters are the same, suggesting that it’s not a simple English substitution cipher. Past that, screw it; I don’t know cryptography and I’m not getting paid to read up on it.
As a person trying to tanslate this card to Russian, I’m having… A BIT OF TROUBLE understanding this card. Is this a cypher of a sort? Or some chtonic text, which, upon reading aloud, summons the Smooze upon my puny undeserving soul?

Apparently they missed a keystroke or two and didn’t have it be endlessly repeating “aeterna”.
What, the name? As I said earlier, using the same key as the body text gives ‘Adjutant’.
Got that part figured out… now it’s decrypting the passphrase for the FIRST part of the card. Time for trial and error until it makes sense.
The key is “flavortext”.
Okay, I’ll admit I cheated on the name; “Adjutant” is indeed what the card says. https://twitter.com/ahcyknnt/status/546412414724362240 (code word is “dossier”) gave me some of the context I needed to work everything out.
Are you sure the name isn’t ‘Adjutant’? That’s what my similar analysis came up with.

Good luck.
I searched for “cryptogram solver” and found something called quippiuq. It can’t make sense of it either (backward or forward).
For the record, the transcribed text:
